Help her prepare some of Haiti’s most beloved dishes while listening to stories about the significance of specific ingredients and dishes to Haitian culture and history. Make griot (fried pork shoulder)\, fried plantains\, pikliz (Haitian-style coleslaw)\, and akra (fried malanga fritters). Taste your creations\, and leave with recipes to make these dishes at home! \nBeginners welcome. Recommended for ages 15+.
