SUMMARY:Workshop: Self-Defense Taekwondo
DESCRIPTION:Using the foundation of Taekwondo techniques\, Master Sangwon Jeong will teach basic self-defense skills during this family-friendly workshop. DESCRIPTION:Join us on the second Saturday of each month from 10am to 5pm\, with activities from 11am to 4pm\, for free things to do\, learn\, and experience with the whole family! Spend the afternoon exploring the history and culture of our vibrant city.  \n\n\n\nRing in the joy of the season! Join our story time corner and learn about different holiday traditions. Create your own greeting cards to share with families and friends. DESCRIPTION:Sensory Days are designed for families of children\, teenagers\, and young adults who are neurodiverse\, on the autism spectrum\, have sensory processing disorders\, or cognitive disabilities. We provide inclusive experiences for the whole family! \n\n\n\nExplore a touch tour of our permanent exhibition Tropical Dreams: A People’s History of South Florida or enjoy the galleries at your own pace. Play in our sensory-inclusive room and at our interactive building blocks area. \n\n\n\nAdmission to Sensory Day is  FREE with required Registration.
